B Bar is a pan Asian restaurant in Select City Walk, Saket. They serve a variety of dishes from Japan, China, Malaysia and Thailand. The decor consists of a huge brass colour statue at the entry and the inside area has an intricately designed high dome. The look and feel of the restaurant is plush with a huge dining area and bar on one side.

We started with fried mushrooms and chicken dimsums. Mushrooms were served with Thai ginger sauce. Both the dishes were alright. Later we had some prawn dimsums too. This was absolutely divine. It looked and tasted way better than chicken dimsums.

We tried both vegetarian and non vegetarian varieties of Maki Rolls. We had Avocado and California Maki rolls along with other stuff. Maki rolls were delicious and at par with what we had at some of the restaurants in five star hotels. What disappointed us a little bit was the mocktails. We had two different mocktails and they looked nice but tasted terribly sweet. Somehow the citrus one was better than the raspberry/strawberry one and it helped us wash down the sushi.

It was a nice experience and we will recommend B Bar for special occasions when the experience matters more than the cost.
