Burger King has opened its first outlet in India at Select City Walk – Saket. Burger King’s Delhi launch was a very popular event drawing long queues. Chicken and mutton burgers seem to be the hot favourites. We tried their Whopper Burgers that were big and one has to hold them with two hands.
Big Yellow Door is a cool and cozy eatery in South Delhi’s Satyaniketan area. The vibe is totally casual, youthful and chilled out.Our pasta, cheese toast and mojito were all first grade and we can say Big Yellow Door is a door to many a gourmet delights.
“The proof of a pudding is in its taste” – and this is where Sattviko doesn’t score well. They have concentrated a lot on presentation and plating of dishes and whatever they served looks so appetizing but taste wise there is nothing much to write home about. All beauty no brains.
A couple of bad experiences with Litti Chokha and we wrote off Bihari food completely. We never imagined dishes from Bihar are being served in a dedicated fancy cafe. But one visit to Potbelly Rooftop Cafe and we realised our assumptions were too leaky to hold water. Potbelly is a cool cozy cafe on rooftop of a building in an intriguing Shahpur Jat area that serves some amazing vegetarian Bihari food.
