A couple of bad experiences with Litti Chokha and we wrote off Bihari food completely. We never imagined dishes from Bihar are being served in a dedicated fancy cafe. But one visit to Potbelly Rooftop Cafe and we realised our assumptions were too leaky to hold water. Potbelly is a cool cozy cafe on rooftop of a building in an intriguing Shahpur Jat area that serves some amazing vegetarian Bihari food.

Goodricke has a lot of heritage in tea culture and is well known for aromatic teas. Goodricke Teapot have a fair menu of snacks, savories and pastries to have with tea. We loved our cup of strong masala tea along with vol-au-vent and rainbow pastry. We recommend this place for quiet evenings with family, friends or self.
The All American Diner is perhaps the first American style food joints of Delhi. Located inside India Habitat Centre, this place emits good vibes. Our all time favourites are Sunrise Skillet (also a must try as per Zomato listing) and pancakes with maple syrup, honey etc.
Mango Festival 2014 at Dilli Haat Pitam Pura brought several varieties of Mangoes to Delhi people. With all sort of cute names, these mangoes managed to entice enough visitors to the fair and make this “Aam” festival really “Khaas”.
T’pot Cafe, Malviya Nagar looks like a set from a KJo film – florescent color walls, guitars for decor etc. Thronged by college kids mostly, its a very noisy place almost like a college canteen. We ordered basic stuff like Masala ginger tea and muffin and liked it.
