ITC Maurya has launched their chocolate boutique Fabelle just before the festivals and there can’t be a better timing. The luxury chocolates that are available at this boutique can give any of the popular chocolate brands a run for their money. These chocolates are great for consumption as well as make beautiful boxes and hampers for gifting purpose. The chocolate boutique is a part of the shopping center inside the hotel and has seating area facing the pool along with a live kitchen.

We loved the milk and dark chocolate ganache. Apparently ganache is the purest form of edible chocolate. We don’t doubt or debate that. These chocolates were melt-in-the-mouth pure and absolutely divine. We also tried their “Elements” range which has Earth, Air, Water, Wood and Fire varieties of chocolates. True to their name each one of these chocolates defined the element aptly.

The DIY box was a lot of fun. The box consists of chocolate cups, chocolate fillings and fun stuff to add like sea salt, almond shavings etc. You can be as creative as you want with your chocolates and create your own customised chocolate cup.

The chef created a chocolate flower in front of us in the live kitchen. This was a rather complex dessert but the chef made it look effortless. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious.

We also tried some other chocolate dishes and drinks. Vanilla Cremeux Bar with mousse,  Nova Bond Cocoa Nougat Madagascar Chocolate Frappe, Ghana Milk Chocolate Mousse with Caramel & Banana Crème and White Chocolate Cheesecake Jars were beyond description. We let our camera go crazy on these drool worthy delicacies.

Fabelle was easily one of our best chocolate experiences and we Charlies just didn’t want to come out of this Chocolate Factory.
