Indigo Delicatessen – Review

Dec 22, 2016 | Eating out, Food

Venue: DLF Cyber City
Date: 07 Dec, 2016

Indigo Delicatessen serves soups, salads and many other continental dishes at their DLF Cyberhub restaurant.

We visited this outlet recently for dinner. We started with poached pear and citrus salad along with cold press juices. Both the salads were fresh and delicious.

The chilly cheese toast and turkey sandwiches were grilled with meat and vegetables and topped with egg and salad. Brownie points for amazing plating.

From main course we tried BBQ pork ribs with corn bread and pan seared fish with salad. The flavors were subtle and both the dishes were tender and well cooked.

From desserts we ordered Brownie vs Cheescake that had a layer of brownie on one side and cheesecake on other side. We somehow found it too rich for our tastebuds and preferred the subtle taste of another dessert we ordered – Crème Brulee. This Crème Brulee was very different in shape from other Crème Brulee we have tried earlier. The citrus hint in this dessert was a pleasant surprise.

We ended this dinner with hot latte and a French pressed Americano. We left from Indigo Deli very happy and satiated.
