Venue: Pragati Maidan

New Delhi World Book Fair 2014 saw thousands of people, flocking to Pragati Maidan to be a part of this amazing event. Held between  Feb 15-23, the event is not limited to the book worms. With all special halls for kids, stall with live shows and competitions, quizzes, demonstrations, gift items stalls, attractive stationary, live chat, comics etc., the fair attracts all and sundry.

Though some of the pavilions were reserved only for B2B visitors, most of the fair was open for general public. Apart from a vast collection, the amazing discounts made people buy books in bulk. We noted the special attention given to decorate stalls this year. This not only attracts young readers and their parents but gives shutterbugs a reason to check out their stall and click.

Apart from being a very interesting “Fun do”, these kinds of fairs encourage people to read more.
