Pragati Maidan hosts the Bigg Boss of all fairs – IITF 2014. India International Trade Fair is a platform where one comes across many innovations, agriculture products, weaving, crafts and cottage industries along with a host of options for food and entertainment.
The 34th India International Trade Fair (IITF 2014) is scheduled between 14 – 27 November, 2014 at Pragati Maidan. With a gamut of well designed theme state pavilions, international stalls, a mesh of hardcore engineering and craft products, the fair promises to be a mega event as always.
Delhi Book Fair 2014 at Pragati Maidan saw a huge turnout this year, The Book Fair has changed its character and is more inclusive. Alongside paper books, the stalls carried e-books, DVDs, audio books and reading material in all sorts of electronic forms. Various activities were also being held to attract curious visitors. The Stationery and Office Automation Fair that was happening concurrently in one of the halls attracted additional footfall.
The 33rd India International Trade Fair (“IITF”) 2013 is back at Pragati Maidan again from 14 – 27 November, 2013. With a gamut of well designed theme state pavilions, International stalls, a mesh of hardcore engineering and craft products, the Fair lived up to our expectation.
United Art Fair 2013 at Pragati Maidan brought together a huge number of stunning paintings, photography, digital art, sculptures and made it look like a festival of arts, creativity and imagination. The high point of the fair was affordable art with reasonable price tags.
It’s party time for book worms. The Delhi World Book Fair 2013 happened from 4th to 10th February at Pragati Maidan. There were thousands of stalls from Indian – established and little known publishers as well as foriegn participants. France was the focus country this year.
“Skilling India” has been the theme of India International Trade Fair, 2012. As of 2011, India has the second largest workforce in the world with a harmony of diverse skill sets.
