International Yoga Day is an acknowledgement of the importance of the ancient Indian practice of Yoga. To commemorate the International Yoga Day, a host of events are being held across the world. Ajeevika Mela was an event displaying goods produced by rural women. It was held in Hall 18 at Pragati Maidan. For the benefit of the visitors, the venue was fully air conditioned and entry tickets were waived.
