Please ensure there are sufficient chairs for people to sit down and eat at the food court. Would like to see stall on organic farming selling vermicompast and seeds.
Dear Tara
We are not the organisers of the event. We just visit it and blog about it. Though the point you are making is so valid. There is always a dearth of chairs in food court area.

The Blind School Diwali mela is a must visit for all, you will find everything from clothes, trinklets, chocolates, gifts to food and all…..the only issue is parking which is never sufficient again the amount of people tha visit the place is huge, the entry is free and you will find it very well organised witha decent crowd.
Thanks Suman. You are right. The parking scene is terrible. A couple of years back they had dedicated sunehri bagh bus terminal as parking space and they had shuttle services from there. That was the best solution for parking woes. But last year they asked people to park at Bhairo Singh Road parkinng which is too far. We parked close to India Habitat and walked up to the fair.
plz ggiv ur contacct information…to know about stall booking…….as early as u can

Hi, please let me know where is the parking for blind school mela
Dear Subhankar, the official parking for the fair is at Bhairo Mandir Parking, near Pragati Maidan. From there, they have shuttle service for the fair.
But we preferred to park at Sunder Nagar and then walked down to the Blind School mela
What are the timings for blind school mela
