Sharbat and Itra Mela is being held at Dilli Haat INA Market. It is on only this weekend – 19th – 21st May, 2017. Given the parching weather, we headed to this event to quench our thirst for a cool summer.

Capital City Minstrels are a Delhi based choir who have mesmerised us with stunning music over the years. They have performed in India and abroad and has popularised choir music in NCR. They have a show coming up and is a must do for any music enthusiast.

Burma Burma at Cybercity serves Burmese vegetarian food. We have been most impressed with their fare earlier. They are now holding a special festival to celebrate Burmese New Year festival Thingyan and this is on till 21st May.
AM PM Cafe and Bar in Gurgaon
AMPM Cafe & Bar at Galleria Market, Sector 27 Gurgaon has been on our to-do list for a while. We had a few to-dos in that area and visited the cafe on a hot summer afternoon. The second floor cafe with fuss free decor and potted plants was an oasis. For a cafe they did have a lot to offer.
“Futureproof” – An English play by Guild of the Goat
Guild of the Goat, a newly formed theatre group is staging Lynda Radley’s play Futureproof at Oddbird Theatre at Chhattarpur. It is somewhat experimental and open to interpretations. They have more shows this week so you could watch this and form your own conclusions.
Hahn’s Kitchen – Korean cuisine in Gurgaon
Hahn’s Kitchen on Gold Course Road, Gurgaon is a new restaurant serving Korean food in Delhi NCR. There are few places that serves this cuisine in Delhi and we were most excited to try this place. Given the mild decor, the restaurant is a lovely venue for a dinner date. Read on to know about the food.
BHIMA – English play at META 2017
Mahendra Theatre Excellence Awards (META) 2017 has brought experimental theatre to the fore. One such piece is Bhima, based on the eponymous character of second Pandava in Mahabharat. The 1 hour 10 minutes duration of the play was edge of the seat exciting.

Amavas se Amaltas is a bilingual play in Hindi and English written and directed by Smita Bharti. It has a stellar cast – Jayati Bhatia, Ssumier Pasricha, Ankita Bhargava and Chitrashi Rawat. We were invited to watch this play and were most excited to see the pro thespians at their acts!
Morni Hills – A Hidden Weekend Getaway
Morni Hills is the only hill station in Haryana. It is off Chandigarh and it is one of the rare hill stations that are under 6 hours drive from Delhi. We only had the weekend to our disposal hence we headed towards Morni Hills without expecting much but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
