They had a line up of plays, music and other performances, art, crafts and food that could be linked to the Urdu culture. Celebrities were in attendance either as performers or as patrons. The California Boulevard – Gurgaon

The California Boulevard – Gurgaon

As bloggers we get to sample various food places and are very happy to have a space to share our take. What matters most to us is the complete experience. The California Boulevard is a rather fancy place. But is it worthy enough to sacrifice our much loved home dinners – dal – roti – rice – fish? We decided to check for ourselves.

Chin Chin – Chinese cuisine in Gurgaon

Chin Chin – Chinese cuisine in Gurgaon

We condemn China for dumping their low standard goods in the Indian market. But we can’t blame them for intrusion of Chinese cuisine in our diet – this is something Indians have done ourselves. Quite happily, we have given Chinese cookery such twists that the true red Chinese would be horrified. To explore Chin Chin’s take on this, we recently visited this place for a Chinese vegetarian dinner.
