The famous Delhi spirit is that people here are up for all sorts of celebrations – fasting, feasting, partying and so on. In ode to this spirit we thought of covering as many aspects of the holiday season as we could on Delhi-Fun-Dos. The Grand Venice mall is an amazing shopping destination in Greater Noida. It surprised us in many ways. For starters they have fantastic dining facilities at Terrazzo – Food Court. Replete with a host of food options and cuisines, this could be a sole reason to visit the place. It also boasts of the largest Masti Zone in Delhi NCR. Then there is more that we discovered here.
The Global Gate Project – A Cultural Exchange Initiative
DLF Cyberhub has organised a cultural exchange festival “The Global Gate” in association with One World Foundation. The featured country this year is Afghanistan. This five days long exhibition presents a fusion of Indian and Afghani art, culture, handloom and handicraft.

We were at Meherchand Market and came across a beautifully designed store. This was Dastkaari Haat. The store carried a host of items that were crafted out of traditional art and weaving styles of India. It is a shutterbug’s delight as well.
