Dilli Haat Pitampura recently buzzed with life as it hosted the Big Tap Fest, a delightful two-day extravaganza celebrating the best of food, music, and of course, plenty of beer and cocktails. Summer nightlife in Delhi has been somewhat quiet. No wonder, hearing about this exciting event right in our neighbourhood, we knew this was too good to be missed.

The festival kicked off with a refreshing array of beer-based cocktails that perfectly complemented the summer vibes. From Jamun-infused brews to Mango-flavoured mixes, each sip was a refreshing respite from the Delhi heat. If you have a spicy palette, the mango drink, which had a hint of green chilies could be your poison.

As cocktail enthusiasts, we were particularly intrigued by the innovative blends that incorporated local flavours like jaggery and curry leaves, creating a fusion that played on our taste buds. As a bonus, the nice bartender created the exotic Indian flavoured cocktails from scratch on our request and we shot some shaking videos too.

We found ourselves engrossed in beer-themed games like Beer Pong and Beer Puppet, which added a playful twist to our evening. These games weren’t just about competition; they became a shared experience that bonded friends and strangers alike over laughter and friendly banter.

As we indulged in the festive spirit, our appetites were tempted by an assortment of eating options. How to reach Dilli Haat Pitampura: Dilli Haat, Pitampura is very prominently located in Pitanpura. It is bang opposite the popular business hub Netaji Subhas Place. The nearest metro station to Dilli Haat Pitampura is Netaji Subhas Place which is on the Red and Pink lines. Dilli Haat is less than 5 minutes’ walk from there.

Should you choose to drive, there is ample parking available at the basement of Dilli Haat Pitampura.
