It is great to see credit being given where it is due.

We are talking about The Delhiites Lifestyle Awards. Launched in February 2017 by Display Sphere under Sagar Sondhi, they successfully hosted its second edition on 8th March at The Grand, New Delhi. The awards, which are a celebration of excellence, honoured a chosen few from the capital who have not just proven to be inspirational visionaries in their respective fields but have also worked towards epitomizing ingenuity, perseverance and valour.

This year, the Delhiites Lifestyle Awards honoured a variety of prominent personalities from varied professions. With most awards felicitating restaurants, key fashion, F&B and lifestyle personalities among others, the awards take an unconventional approach of including several lesser known categories which bring all the awardees under one roof. The melodious sensation Akhil Sachdeva gave a short performance filling the night with melody. Jasbir Jassi also regaled the audience and pumped in a lot of energy through his signature Punjabi folk songs. Adding to the glamour at the event, this edition was driven by Silver Arrows, dealer of Mercedes Benz which successfully launched their elegant Mercedes S Class.

The Lifestyle Awards brought the glitz and glamour synonymous to Bollywood to the national capital. The night was hosted by the charming Rohit Roy, with prominent personalities from various fields like Amit Burman(Vice Chairman, Dabur), Abhishek Khaitan(MD, Radico Khaitan), Bindu Kapoor(MD, Yes Bank), Divya Khosla Kumar(Owner, T-Series), Dr. Naresh Trehan(Director, Medanta), Manav Gangwani, Papa CJ, Akhil Sachdeva, Tushar Kumar(Owner, Silver Arrows Mercedes), Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Amulya Patnaik(Commissioner of Police, Delhi), Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma(Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha), Manoj Tewari (Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha) to name a few.

A sumptuous buffet was a befitting end to the evening.
