There are plenty of cafes that look great in pictures but fall short when it comes to flavor. Not Spezia Bistro. This place delivers on both fronts. It’s a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, and we find ourselves coming back time and again. On our latest visit to their Gurgaon outlet in Ambience Mall, we were once again blown away by their amazing offerings.

Dimsums and Sushi
Our meal began with Spezia’s famed Chilly Oil Dimsums. These little pockets of goodness burst with flavors that keep you reaching for more. Next, we had their freshly made Sushi. The rice was perfectly seasoned, the fish fresh, and each piece was a delight.
Refreshing Seasonal Coolers
As the temperatures rise, so does our craving for something cool and refreshing. Spezia’s seasonal coolers are just what the doctor ordered. The Jamuntini and Mango Poppins, served in tall glasses with an ice candy inside, were pure bliss. Sucking on the ice candy while sipping the drink is a fun twist that makes these coolers extra special.
Exploring The Indian Section
We decided to explore a bit of the Indian section this time. The Kabab and Parantha were a spicy, delicious treat. Served with mint yogurt and onions, every bite was a burst of flavor. It was comfort food at its finest.
Sizzler And Pizza
The sizzle of the Fish Sizzler as it arrived at our table was enough to make our mouths water. Paired with flavored rice and grilled veggies, it was a wholesome and delicious dish. We also tried the Pepperoni Pan Pizza. The cheese pull was on point, and the thick, soft base was just perfect.
Toscana: Baked Cheesy Delight
Next up was the Baked Chicken Toscana. This dish was loaded with cheese and melted in our mouths. The crunchy onion rings on top added a fantastic texture, making it one of our favorites of the night.
Decadent Desserts
No meal is complete without dessert, and Spezia’s offerings did not disappoint. We indulged in the Brookie with Ice Cream, which was a delightful blend of brownie and cookie, and the Chocolate Nirvana, which was seriously yum and highly recommended. You might wanna order one for each diner. It’s tough to share this one.

I am drooling looking at the dumplings. And Jamuntini. Oh what a name! I am a teetotaller but a little drink once in a blue moon doesn’t hurt! The Indian dishes look equally tempting!
Jamuntini was non-alcoholic so you should try that.
