Living up to Christmas – the season for giving – we had to buy some simple gifts. That too in a jiffy. After wrecking our brains and a few visits to shopping areas we came across the store Super99. It is an easy shopping option and has a lot of variety. So, this one is a quick-fix shopping option for our Delhi-Fun-Dos readers.

Super99 a host of stores across the country and a couple of these in Delhi NCR. We visited the store at V3S Mall Laxmi Nagar and wish to clear the air about a misperception that we had. Not all items are priced Rs. 99. The items that they carry bear different pricing although everything is affordable. The store is laced with a wide range of products that we use in our everyday lives. So, we found many items that can be segregated in Kitchen & Dining, Health & Beauty, Toys & Games, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Home Accessories, Gifts & Decor, Bathroom, Ready to Wear and other categories.

While pottering around we came across steel flasks. Given the ongoing chill, people need vessels to store warm water or carry hot beverages. Flasks we thought would fit the purpose to the T. So we bought a couple of these flasks. Some of these were plain and some had pretty floral prints on them. Quite the gift for the season we thought. Many of such affordable gifts are also available at Super99 stores.

It appears that the erstwhile Store99 now calls itself Super99 and we had found our spot for gift shopping in Delhi. The host of options, spread out display, reasonable prices and the quick check-out ensured that we were done in a jiffy.
