We won a food voucher in a radio contest and visited Levels HKV to redeem it. This restaurant is on different levels… one floor for dance floor and another one for dining. We sat on the roof top for an early dinner. The staff initially refused to accept the voucher, for reasons best known to them. There was no expiry date mentioned on the voucher, so we just went as per our convenience but they refused to accept. After spending around 20-25 minutes arguing with the manager they agreed to accept and we ordered our food.
The menu has American, European, Maxican and Indian items. We started with Roast Chicken and Saffron soup which was served in tea cups and we liked the light flavour of saffron in it. We had Chicken Quesadilla and Grill Chicken steak for main course. Both the dishes were decent in taste. We liked the fact that they didn’t try to Indianise the dishes by adding any sort of chillis in it. We also had North on Maxico Nachos and found it to be very cheesy and heavy. We found it difficult to finish this dish.

What we did not like
1. Overall vibe is definitely not pleasant.
2. The service is terribly slow. They take 30 minutes minimum to bring your order… any order.
3. We have not seen dirtier toilets in our lives.
4. The owner is very rude.
