Bombay’s favourite ice cream chain has swept the Delhi market with their ice cream. They opened their first outlet a couple of years back at CP and then some more at Rajori Garden  in West Delhi and Hauz Khas in South Delhi.

We stumbled upon their latest outlet at Lajpat Nagar. Prominently located at the corner of the main market just beside the metro station, you just can’t miss this. What is consistent in Natural outlets is each one looks better than the previous one. The Lajpat Nagar outlet is jaw droppingly beautiful. The super white contemporary designed interiors and Mom’s kitchen decor on the walls is an Instagrammer’s delight. The lighting is so good, you can leave your DSLRs in the bag and take a perfect shot with just a mobile phone.

Coming to their ice creams, these are always the best. This time on their recommendation we took mango malai which was malai ice cream topped with fresh mango slices. God knows how at this time of the year they got such ripe and sweet mangoes. It was delectable. We also tried their chiku shake (small size for 160/-) which was a ltad expensive but totally worth it. You can make out all their stuff is made of sugar, milk and fruit. No taste makers, artificial flavors or preservatives here. The shake wasn’t made thick using sauces, syrups or thickening agents and that’s why it was absolutely light on stomach.

We went for another round of ice creams – coffee walnut and kaju kishmish this time. Coffee walnut is probably their best non-fruit flavor. Just the right amount of bitterness of coffee and generous helping of big solid pieces of walnut. Yum!

Kaju kishmish in contrast is subtle. The ice cream doesn’t have a strong flavour so the pieces of cashew nuts and raisins that are liberally mixed in the ice cream provides a rich, creamy yet delicate taste. You gotto try it to understand what sort of heaven this is.

Just like other outlets the staff here is very courteous, professional and are always patient while you decide your favorite flavor.

Its the onset of summers in Delhi and just like last year and year before, Naturals is where we are getting our fix of ice cream this year too.
