Muzaffar and Meera Ali have opened up their homestead in Gurgaon and set up a tent restaurant “Maashra”. Maashra offers a fine dining experience in line with the royal cuisine of Awadh. We recently had a 6 course meal over 4 hours here. Sitting in Gurgaon, it was travel to another space in another era.
Bihari cuisine is still restricted to the amazing litti-chokha for most of us. Potbelly is perhaps the only chain up north that holds the bastion for this cuisine. We have loved the food at their Chanakyapuri and Shahpur Jat branches. Potbelly has a new outlet in Gurgaon and they are calling it The Potbelly Divine.
Gurgaon is growing by the day and there are new malls and markets coming up regularly. Along with this, the food horizon is expanding beyond Sector 29 or even CyberHub. We recently dined at Tashi Delek. They serve North- East food in South City II, Gurgaon. To know more about this, read on.
The revamped Golf Course Road in Gurgaon wants to make up for lost time. A plethora of fascinating food and beverage options are opening here. The more the merrier we say. And to entice the whole gamut there is a new restopub Saints n Sinners at Global Foyer Mall. It was Friday evening and we could not wait to try this place.
