Warehouse Café – Gurgaon

Mar 8, 2016 | Food

Once again we are at Sector 29, Gurgaon with our foodie friends, and this time to Warehouse Café. It’s a decent café with a chilled-out ambiance and relaxed vibe. The decor is nothing unique but still easy on the eyes and spacious. The bartenders are fun and we started with Kingfisher pints and a few cocktails/mocktails.

Drinks at Warehouse Café

Our Favorites: Caprioska and Chilli Flamenco

Sangria and Cosmopolitan were regular but we liked Caprioska and Chilli Flamenco the most. Caprioska for not being too sweet and Chilli Flamenco for the drama (the green chilli on top of the glass and the tinge of chilli after a couple of swigs of this citrus mocktail...).

Salad Station: Fresh and Customizable

The salad station had everything to make a nice salad. We made our own salad using fresh lettuce, olives, shredded raw papaya and grounded peanuts with some Caesar dressing.

Starters and Main Course: Hits and Misses

Starters We Enjoyed

We had a few starters like Keema Pao, Lassuni Chicken Tikka, Dimsums, etc. We liked most of them. We also tried their Mushroom Galouti, which was quite tender but lacked flavor.

Dishes That Need Improvement

Another dish that they can work upon is the Spaghetti Carbonara... it was extremely thick and heavy on the palate - just not our thing. In comparison we loved the Veg Stroganoff a lot better.

Music, Drinks, and Good Times

Since we were a few drinks down and the music was also upbeat, it helped all of us to let loose and we started swinging to the music. The food took a back seat as we were having fun by chatting, clicking selfies, and having a good time.

Conclusion: A Perfect Hangout Spot

We would recommend Warehouse Café for people looking for a place to get together with friends, have drinks over good music, and enjoy a decent crowd rather than splitting hairs over the food.
