Venue: DLF Cyberhub, Gurgaon

Winters are the season for indulgence. Hence when we were invited to Wendys for their burgers we tossed our calorie concerns out of the window and went for a review session. Located at DLF Cyberhub this is one of the few burger places here.
We tried some of their burgers and all the items were in order. We started with a ceaser salad with our pints of beer. We would have liked it better if they had more varieties of salads.
Among the burgers our favorites were Double baconator, Crispy chicken and Paneer delight. The burgers were not overloaded with sauces and hence we could enjoy the taste of the bread as well as stuffing. We took veggie fingers, chicken wings and falafal shots as sides. Chicken wings were served with barbeque sauce.
For a more traditional meal they have rice bowls that are a complete meal on their own. Pieces of fried chicken were served on a bed of fragrant rice topped with Indianised gravy and simple onion tomato salad. We liked the fact that notwithstanding Indian tastes, this dish wasn’t overtly spicy.
Their desserts come with their signature ice cream Frosty. We ordered banana caramel frosty which was like a gooey ice cream and caramel with hint of banana flavor. We liked the masala cake with Frosty more. In fact the cake was a great combination with masala chai. The fact that they serve chai was a surprise as we were not expecting home brewed tea at any outlet in DLF Cyberhub apart of course from Chai Point.
A meal for two at Wendys should be done in about 800/- . Along with burgers this includes beer, starter and desserts. We would recommend Wendy’s for its delicious burger and more…
