Ctrl Alt Delhi- Celebrating the Spirit of Delhi

Mar 15, 2014 | City

Just stumbled upon this interesting link on Youtube today. Nice video and music but mostly regular stuff…Delhi Haat, CP, Monestry, Old Delhi, Pahar Ganj and then some of high life of Delhi… Clubs and bars… etc. I wonder if they capture even little bit of West Delhi or North West Delhi… Pitam Pura…Rohini etc (Apparently Rohini was the largest colony of Asia before Dwarka came into being)

For some strange reason this video reminds me of book “Delhi Noir” except that they had a story dedicated to Swarna Jayanti Park popularly known as Japanese Garden. Another dark Delhi story from the same book was adapted for a movie called B A Pass

Nevertheless interesting video. Music is nice too… very Medieval Punditz meet Talvin Singh…

Not just because it is India’s capital, New Delhi is a very interesting city to visit and explore. If you go there on work, then do factor in a couple or more days to look around, go shopping and even eat some of the famous local foods and dishes.
