Signature Start Up Masterclass celebrates real-life success stories of passionate achiever from various fields.

The Master, an expert in his field, comes and speaks informally to the attendees over Signature drinks. The event caters to an audience looking for the right mantra on how their favorite icons successfully converted their passion into paycheck. Not just that, the program also offers a unique networking opportunity among like-minded people. The Masterclass is conducted across 14 metros and other cities in India. In season 1, Boman Irani visited one of the cafes in Gurgaon and held an engaging session. #Signaturestartup Masterclass is in its season 2 now.

This season kickstarted with a bang! Rajkummar Rao, one of the brightest actors of Bollywood was in conversation with actor Neel Bhoopalam (NH10 and Bombay Talkies) at Time Machine, Noida as part of the Signature Start Up Masterclass. After doing films like Trapped, Aligarh, Kai Po Che, and Talaash, along with many others, Rao has create a niche for himself in the film industry. Away from the maddening 100 crore club he is known to do meaningful cinema which is relatable, thought-provoking but not boring. Not just that most of his films break the stereotype of “New Age Cinema” and are just good cinema. Never bogged down by the length of his role (read “Queen”), or the amount in his pay cheque, this Gurgaon lad has carved a niche for himself in Bollywood on his own.

During #SignatureMasterclass with Rajkummar Rao, participants heard his story from acting in plays at Sriram Theatre to working with the likes of Anurag Kashyap in Gangs of Wasseypur to working in, out-n-out commercial films like Fanne Khan (Upcoming film with Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai). His humble beginnings of struggling days and how he converted his #PassionToPayCheque was an inspiring but heartwarming story.

The lively atmosphere at Time Machine pub in Garden Galleria Noida lived upto the occasion. The dim lights and cozy atmosphere were dramatic and befittingly enhanced the experience of seeing and listening to one of the most inspiring actors of our times.

The session lasted for an hour and 15 minutes and also included a Q&A session with audience. This was followed by a live music performance at Time Machine.
