A Soliloquist’s Journal: Solo Art Exhibition
Art Incept presents A Soliloquist’s Journal, a solo exhibition by artist Rinku Choudhary, curated by Prima Kurien, at Shridharani Gallery, Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi.
On view from 4 to 9 September 2026, the exhibition brings together a body of paintings that explores memory, domesticity, identity and the quiet repetition of emotions that shape everyday life. Working primarily across canvas and paper, Rinku Choudhary creates layered compositions through mediums that build, obscure and disrupt surfaces. Her works move beyond simply depicting domestic interiors to explore the psychological spaces within them, where routine, silence, memory and emotion intersect.
The exhibition also looks at questions of gender, dominance, identity and the suppression of the inner self. Through the separation of male and female figures across different compositions, the artist creates subtle reflections on the structures and emotions that often remain unspoken within everyday life.
