Witness the vibrant spirit of India come alive at Anant Utsav 2025, a three-day celebration of folk and tribal arts presented by SPIC MACAY in collaboration with the Aga Khan Trust for Culture and Sudha Sangini.

Featuring 140 artists from across the country, the festival brings together 10 folk performances and 10 craft traditions, offering an immersive journey into India’s diverse cultural heritage.

Anant Utsav showcases the living traditions of India through music, dance, and craftsmanship. Each performance and workshop highlights the beauty of India’s regional diversity — from mesmerizing folk rhythms to intricate handmade crafts. Visitors can witness traditional art forms, meet artisans, and explore the cultural roots that have shaped generations.

Event Highlights

  • 10 Folk Performances: Enchanting evenings featuring authentic regional dance and music traditions.
  • 10 Craft Traditions: Live demonstrations and exhibits showcasing indigenous craftsmanship.
  • Craft Workshops & Displays: Interactive sessions from 11:30 AM onwards where visitors can learn from master artisans.
  • Evening Performances: Folk and tribal artists performing under the stars from 6:00 PM onwards at the Garden Amphitheatre.
