Bodies of Sky, Bodies of Earth – A Solo Exhibition
Gallerie Nvya is presenting Bodies of Sky, Bodies of Earth is a multi‑medium exhibition that brings together terracotta, woodcut, embroidery, sculpture, and painting to explore the body as an archive of earth, species, and stories. In the artist’s practice, every form holds memory—an earthen vessel remembers fired soil, an embroidered bird echoes migration patterns, and wooden goddesses become repositories of entire ecosystems.
The works draw from ecological, mythological, and spiritual traditions to meditate on what bodies remember, contain, and transform across time. Through these diverse materials and techniques, the exhibition invites viewers to see the human form as deeply connected to nature, history, and the cycles of life.
