Dilli ke pakwaan is back with a bang. Delhi Tourism is organising this festival. This is a street food festival and a welcome break from fancy, molecular, Masterchef variety cuisine that we come across almost everywhere in Delhi NCR.
The Rajiv Gandhi Vyapar Bhawan opposite Hanuman Mandir, Connaught Place, is decked with festival lights and you can’t miss the whiff of yummy odors as you approach the festival area. The food stalls range from vegetarian street food like Kachori, Tikki, and Bhel poori Cheela to non-veg delights like Biryani, Shawarma, Kebabs, and chicken rolls.
Dilli Ke Pakwaan is a festival aimed at bringing the culinary delights of Old Delhi at one place. To be set up at the emporium hub at “Baba Kharak Singh Marg”. Vendors from Purani Dilli who showcase their expertise in whipping up some of the choicest delicacies Delhi has become famous for, participate in the festival every year. From “Daulat Ki Chaat” and “Rabri Falooda” to “Mutton Korma” and “Chicken Tikka”, there will be something for everyone.
Be assured Dilli Ke Pakwaan street food festival is a great way to close 2022.
Happy New Year!
