Jashn-e-Adab Sahityotsav 2026

Jashn-e-Adab Sahityotsav 2026: Four Days of Music, Art, Culture and Literature in Delhi

Delhi is set to celebrate 15 glorious years of Jashn-e-Adab Sahityotsav, a festival dedicated to preserving and celebrating India’s rich literary, artistic and cultural heritage. The 15th edition of the Music, Art, Culture & Literature Festival will take place from 25 to 28 December 2026, with a special tribute to the 229th birth anniversary of Mirza Ghalib.

Spread across two prominent cultural venues, India Habitat Centre and India International Centre, the four-day festival will bring together more than 75 artists across four stages, with over 25 sessions celebrating India’s diverse artistic traditions. Visitors can look forward to an extensive programme featuring classical and ghazal singing, instrumental music, classical dance, poetic symposiums, plays, panel discussions, Dastangoi, Sufi and folk singing, book releases, discussions and Qawwali.

The festival offers an opportunity to experience the many expressions of Adab, Sangeet, Kala and Virasat — from India’s literary traditions and poetic heritage to music, storytelling and performing arts. With free entry and a varied programme, Jashn-e-Adab Sahityotsav invites literature enthusiasts, music lovers and families to be part of this milestone celebration.
