This festival organized by Delhi Tourism Department is going to be a unique and enjoyable event for all the people of Delhi. In this event, the historical culture of the rich north-eastern states of India will be in harmony with the culture of the world-famous city of Delhi and as a result, a new joint cultural heritage will expand in Delhi and at the same time, a new dimension will be created in terms of cultural preservation and promotion.
