If you walk down Mall Road, maybe 5 minutes from the Dalai Lama Temple, you are greeted by a sparkling new building, the entrance to the Dharamshala Skyway.

Dharamshala Ropeway Ticket Price and How to Buy

The Dharamshala Skyway tickets are available online as well as at the ticket counter near the entry. After a detailed frisking process by security staff at the Mcleodganj Terminal, we bought tickets at the counter.

It cost us Rs 700 (about USD 9) per person for the round-trip.

Dharamshala Ropeway Timings

The Dharamshala Skyway services are available from 9.30 am to 7.15 pm. The last tickets are available at 6 pm and the last train at each terminal station runs at 7 pm.
