Bombay Brasserie Brings Goa’s Beloved Avo’s Kitchen to Gurgaon for a Limited Three-Day Culinary Showcase

Some meals stay with you long after they are over-not because they are extravagant, but because they feel personal, comforting, and deeply rooted in memory. This June, Bombay Brasserie brings that feeling to the table with the first chapter of Coastal Kissa, a special culinary collaboration celebrating the soulful flavours of Goa and the Konkan coast.

For the opening chapter, Bombay Brasserie teams up with Avo’s Kitchen, one of Goa’s most loved local kitchens led by brothers Amey Naik and Gaurish Naik. Known for its deeply homestyle cooking and family recipes, Avo’s Kitchen has built a loyal following for serving food that feels closer to a Goan home than a restaurant menu.

At the heart of the experience is Avo’s signature Goan thali, served on banana leaf-lined platters and designed to take diners through the many layers of a traditional coastal meal. Non-vegetarian diners can look forward to dishes like Papletache Hooman, Prawns Tawa Fry, Fish Rawa Fry, and Chicken Vindaloo, paired with home-style vegetables, steamed rice, raw mango pickle, Sol Kadi, and the sweet coastal dessert Kangachi Nevari.

The vegetarian thali offers an equally comforting spread featuring dishes such as Bhenyache Bhaji, Mushroom Sukke, Beans Chi Bhaji, Raw Mango Curry, and Dalicho Ross, accompanied by rice, pickle, Sol Kadi, and traditional sweet preparations.

With Coastal Kissa, Bombay Brasserie continues its exploration of India’s long and diverse coastline, inviting diners to slow down and experience food that carries stories, nostalgia, and generations of tradition within every serving.

The experience will be available through limited seating and pre-bookings only, offering an intimate celebration of Goa’s culinary heritage in Gurgaon.
