Fire & Form Ceramic Art Exhibition by Keshari Nandan
Discover the artistry of clay, fire, and craftsmanship at Fire & Form, a solo exhibition by renowned ceramic artist Keshari Nandan, curated by Uma Nair and presented by 108 Art Projects.
Bringing together more than thirty recent stoneware works, the exhibition showcases over three decades of Nandan’s exploration of ceramics, where functional pottery, architectural forms, and contemporary sculpture come together through a distinctive visual language. Working from his studio in Rajasthan, the artist is deeply involved in every stage of the ceramic process—from preparing clay and developing mineral glazes to building kilns and mastering atmospheric firing.
Rather than treating the kiln as merely a production tool, Keshari Nandan embraces fire as an active creative force, allowing each piece to evolve through the unpredictability of the firing process. Following recent presentations at the ClayArch Gimhae Museum in South Korea and the Latvia Ceramics Biennale, Fire & Form offers Delhi audiences an opportunity to experience the work of one of India’s leading contemporary ceramic artists.
