Ghazal Symphony – Whispers of the Infinite
Discover a unique musical experience as ghazal singer and composer Nisschal Zaveri presents ‘Whispers of the Infinite’—India’s first-ever Ghazal Symphony combining Hindustani classical vocals and a 30-piece symphony orchestra. Enjoy a 90-minute journey where poetic verses are woven with contemporary arrangements, embracing ghazal, thumri, hori, chaiti, and kajri through soulful singing and rich harmonies.
The performance features Nisschal’s original compositions and a large ensemble: a 7-member ghazal band, 13-piece string section, keyboard, and 8-member choir. The live music is guided by conductor Shantanu Patel and enhanced by the orchestral arrangements of Japjisingh Valecha, creating an emotional tapestry that bridges classical tradition and modern sound.
