India–Africa Dance & Music Festival 2026 to Celebrate Cultural Harmony in Delhi

Delhi is set to witness an energetic evening of rhythm, movement, and cultural exchange as the India–Africa Dance & Music Festival 2026 comes to Bharat Mandapam this May. Organised by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), the festival brings together artists from India and Africa for a large-scale showcase celebrating shared traditions through music and dance.

The specially curated 90-minute presentation will feature nearly 165 artists, blending Indian classical and folk traditions with indigenous African music and dance forms. Expect vibrant costumes, live percussion, powerful choreography, and a stage full of colour and energy as the performances explore cultural connections across continents.

From traditional Indian movements to African rhythms and folk expressions, the festival aims to highlight how art continues to build bridges between cultures. With free entry and a large-scale production setup, this promises to be one of the more visually vibrant cultural evenings in Delhi this month.
