Indian actor, screenwriter, and filmmaker Nana Patekar inaugurated the highly anticipated “Expression” art exhibition, a three-day contemporary Indian art showcase organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI). Held at PHD House, New Delhi, this event seeks to connect creativity with commerce, offering a platform for artists to present their work to a broader audience.
During his speech, Nana Patekar lauded the realistic art on display and praised the diverse range of creations by participating artists. He shared personal anecdotes from his early days as an art student, discussing how an artist’s color palette and style reflect their thoughts and character.
