Sufi Heritage Festival 2026

Set amidst the historic gardens of Sunder Nursery, the Sufi Heritage Festival 2026 is a rare cultural gathering that celebrates the timeless Sufi values of openness, inclusivity, love, and shared humanity. Spread across two immersive days, the festival brings together music, poetry, dance, craft, and storytelling to create a space for reflection, dialogue, and meaningful connection—where ancient traditions meet contemporary voices.

The festival features powerful performances and conversations by Sona Mohapatra, Daler Mehndi, Sonam Kalra, Saumya Kulshreshta and Buland, Marham Poetry, The Aahvaan Project, Sabr Se – Mujtaba Khan, Shinjini Kulkarni, and the Murad Ali Ensemble, among others. From soul-stirring music and spoken word to expressive movement and experimental sound, the programming offers both traditional and modern interpretations of Sufi thought.

Beyond the stage, the festival invites participation and discovery. Visitors can engage in hands-on workshops and interactive sessions focused on craft traditions and creative expression. A thoughtfully curated artisanal bazaar showcases handwoven textiles, carpets, perfumes, and soulful handmade wares rooted in community and craftsmanship. The culinary experience, Legacy Flavours, celebrates heritage-inspired recipes drawn from regional kitchens and food traditions.
