Dastkari Haat Crafts Bazar is back again

This one is for all those who are looking for a cafe recommendations in Dharmashala. Mama’s Kitchen in Mcleodganj is run by this Tibetan lady, with lovely long braid, and her sons. They also call themselves J.J. in Exile. Smallish place, only couple of tables, but great vibes.
Things to do in Delhi Winters – Bird Watching
Did you know that there is a proper marshland off Noida? Its the Okhla Bird Sanctuary that is home to about 200 species if migratory birds from autumn to winter. Once inside we were almost transported to scenes from Africa. Ornithologist Mr. Singh took us on a bird walk inside the sanctuary and showed us many species. It made waking up early on a winter morning so worthwhile!

We have drooled over the pristine beach photos of Cyprus. And we recently drooled over Cypriot food at the Cyprus Food Festival that is being held during dinner at Ottimo, ITC Maurya. The festival is on till 16th December, 2018 and we were privy to a curtain-raiser last Friday.
Ceramic Fest 2018 at Anandagram
The Ceramic Fest is routinely held at Sanskriti Museum, Anandagram, Ghitorni in New Delhi during the first weekend of December every year. Ceramic Fest 2018, 6th to 9th December, 2018, just got over. We visited this event last Saturday with our dear “Kaku” and “Kakima”, the grand Mr. Pathak and the ever so kind Mrs. Pathak, for whom this was a first.

While recently released Bohemian Rhapsody is still running in cinema halls, we watched a musical play based on the band Queen and its famous lead singer with Indian roots, Freddie Mercury. The musical play was organised to spread awareness on cervical cancer.
