Achieve Fitness Goals with New Technology at ZYNK
ZYNK is a fitness platform with more than 1000 centres across the world. By virtue of their special programs, they promise faster, easier and lasting results. We are looking for ways to ensure a healthy summer regimen. Hence, we were most excited to work out at ZYNK. During the course of our workout here, we discovered a lot about this new exercise regime. Prowl with Tiger Shroff this summer
Last evening, DLF CyberHub amphitheatre was converted into a makeshift fitness zone for the CULT FITNESS PARTY with Bollywood rising star Tiger Shroff. The party was organised by Cult fitness to promote Prowl, a fitness regime created in association with Tiger Shroff. We were invited to the party and loved the high energy levels during the event.

Across the Sea – Puppet Play at Theatre Olympics
NSD’s Theatre Olympics is a melange of plays in all possible genres – from comedy to tragedy – from nouveau experiments to traditional nautanki – from song and dance based musicals to non verbal plays. We managed to watch a multitude of styles in this theatre extravaganza this year. “Across the sea”, directed by Anurupa Roy was probably the first puppet play we watched in this festival. Puppets are a great story-telling medium and we welcome the inclusion of this genre in this annual theatre bonanza.
Julius Caesar Spared Parts – Play at Theatre Olympics
Bharat Rang Mahotsav, NSD, i.e., National School of Drama’s annual theatre festival is bigger this year. It is 8 Theatre Olympics and a host of plays from India and abroad is being held as part of the festival. We recently watched Julius Caesar Spared Parts – a production from Italy over the weekend.
Delhiites Magazine Lifestyle Awards
The Delhiites Lifestyle Awards, launched in February 2017 by Display Sphere, successfully hosted its second edition on 8th March at The Grand, New Delhi. The awards which are a celebration of excellence honours a chosen few from the capital who have not just proven to be inspirational visionaries in their respective fields but have also worked towards epitomizing ingenuity and perseverance.
Zambar – New Decor, New Menu
Zambar, the Kerala restaurant at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon has gone through a make over. The ketuvallam (Kerala style house boat) that was installed in here has given way to solid wood antique furniture. They have also come up with a host of new items under the supervision of chefs Vetrimurugan and Achamma and we were very curious about the recent twists in their fare. An occasional twist or turn doesn’t harm we say.
Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety
We stay clear of romantic movies but landed up watching director Luv Ranjan’s Sonu ke Titu ki Sweety at PVR Director’s Cut, Vasant Kunj. The audi was super luxury. But the film was a complete surprise. Read on – minimal spoiler alert.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has launched a premium HD English movie channel – &Privé HD. They invited a select audience and media to orient them about the potential of this channel. The terrace of the beautiful fort Qla was converted to a make-shift movie theatre and the Qutub at the background made the perfect setting. “The Post”, a front runner for this year’s Oscars was screened at the event.
Wafl – waffles and more in Punjabi Bagh
WAFL is a chain serving waffles in many interesting ways. They have many outlets at various countries across the globe. They have opened three outlets in Delhi. We were recently in West Delhi and stopped at the Punjabi Bagh outlet of WAFL. The experience is a surprise.

We are always on the look out for healthy food options and sushi is pretty much on the top of the ladder. Simply Sushi at PVR Director’s Cut, Vasant Kunj is a sushi outlet that we wanted to try for a while. We finally got a chance when we visited this audi recently. Protinex from the house of Danone has recently come up with Hydrolysed Protinex. The New Delhi launch of these products was held at an informal session at Café Delhi Heights, Hotel Diplomat. Protinex is a household name in India. But Hydrolysed Proteinex makes the going even more fun.
